• Account Details: Name, email address, password, and store details provided during sign-up.
• WhatsApp Data: We store chat logs, customer phone numbers, and order histories exclusively for the purpose of operating your store's automated bot.
• Payment Information: Subscription payments are submitted manually with transaction proof and verified by admins. We do not store full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the OrderBot platform. Customer phone numbers interacting with your bot are never sold or shared with third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard Firebase security protocols. We implement strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access to your store's data.
