OrderBot is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Monthly subscription payments approved by admin are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to prevent future charges.
If our service experiences a documented server outage lasting longer than 48 consecutive hours, Pro tier users may be eligible for a pro-rated account credit. Please contact support to request an outage credit.
Note: OrderBot provides software for stores to communicate with customers. OrderBot does not process direct product payments between end-customers and merchants. Any disputes, returns, or refunds regarding products must be handled directly between the store and the customer. OrderBot claims no responsibility for product quality or delivery fulfillment.
