OrderBot is a purely digital service. There is no physical product shipped. After you submit payment proof and admin approves it, the selected plan is activated on your dashboard account.
System access upgrades are granted after payment verification by admin. Most approvals are completed within a short time.
OrderBot facilitates communication for customers to place orders with stores. However, OrderBot does not handle logistics providers, riders, or physical shipping. Delivery fees, times, and fulfillment are strictly the responsibility of the merchant using our software.
