By registering for and using OrderBot, you ("Store", "Merchant", "User") explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

OrderBot provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automates WhatsApp conversations for e-commerce stores to handle order updates and customer inquiries.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only use OrderBot for legitimate business purposes (store operations and customer support).
• You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or illegal content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp complies with WhatsApp's own Business Terms of Service.

4. Liability

OrderBot acts solely as a communication bridge. We are not responsible for unfulfilled orders, disputes between a store and its customers, or temporary outages of the WhatsApp network.
